Posted by mudac on June 5, 2008

Remember I transferred this Blog to: http://mudac.com/blog/

One of the things you will see over the next couple of weeks will be a coming together of sorts. The Obama camp and the Hillary camp will be all nicey nicey. People will get along, things will look great. We will see a great little ceremony of some kind I am sure. What the Democrats forget is, they are laying a key constituency out to dry.

The Unfinished Fight

Posted by mudac on June 2, 2008

The Obama supporters all seem to think that, as of Tuesday, the Clinton supporters are going to give up. The Obama supporters also seem to think that all of the superdelegates should just fall in line and accept reallity. I think the reallity is, that the Obama supporters are claiming they have won so that they don’t feel so scared. Yeah, the Obama supporters are scared. Why is this, idk–I guess it is because I am white–and entitled. As the great reverand Pfleger tells me. No, but the Obama supporters seem to think that they are going to lose because he is black. They also seem to be just a wee bit scared of this Michelle Obama video and a guy by the name of Larry Sinclair. I think that they just might be cowards in general. Someone has to win. Why not choose the best candidate–Hillary. We all know she can restore the country, and can also win in November.

So the fight goes on. There is a lot of remaining circles on the calender after Tuesday. I also expect, just like Obama, that Hillary will be out on the campaign trail. She will be pulling as hard as she can for superdelegates and improving her national standing. Then comes June 29th–which is the credentials committee meeting. This meeting should have a challenge by the Clinton campaign of the seating in Michigan. After the credentials committee meets we are off to the convention in the last week of August. Where we should see a good old fashion floor fight, which I believe–Hillary will win. So for the Obama supporters telling us to scram, we still have a lot left to fight for. As Ohio goes–so goes the nation.

An Unpopular War.

Posted by mudac on May 27, 2008

There is a war raging, and it isn’t overseas. No, it is right here, right in your very own back yard. I once believed this to be a non-violent country, that is until now. Sure we wage war every 10 years, but some things are necessary–not that Iraq is.  My point that I am getting to is that we are battling one another and no one has stopped to look around to figure out why. There is two sides to every story, of course–we all have our own opinion and most will not sway. This “battle”, that I am referring to, is one that America does not need. The battle, is of course, in politics. The battle in the Democratic party has over half of America fighting with one another, and we are supposed to be on the same team. I am sure the Republicans are enjoying it. The problem is though–that we will only begin to fight worse, especially after June 1st. This is not the situation any of us want to be in. The simple fact will be that Hillary will have more votes and Barack Obama will have more delegates after this day. I don’t want to point this out, but the Democrats have argued that the popular vote is more important that delegates or electoral votes since 2000, and before that for some. It does not look good for you when you are being a hypocrite.

The biggest problem the DNC will face is that the candidates, Barack and Hillary, both have great arguments, and only one can win. The Democrats could be, oddly enough, splitting atoms in their own party by their own rules. The convention won’t be a fun one for us beloved Dems, nor will the aftermath. There will be a rage like no other, with protests outside the facilities in Denver.

There is more problems to overcome though, when I look at it I see multiple problems.  Another one of these problems is that there is far liberals and moderates in the party. Right now, we have two candidates of different spectrums running. Look at Obama, was proclaimed the most liberal Senator to ever grace the Senate floor. Then look at Hillary, who has been considered a moderate–one who reaches over and grabs conservatives while pulling in the liberals. You may claim “look at Obama and Clinton’s message, they seem almost identical”. Sadly, their stump speeches have similar policies, but historically their voting records are different to an extreme factor.

This has become an all out war, whether you are an Obama supporter or a Clinton supporter you will be fighting for your candidate through August. Just remember that the longer this goes, the more mud you will end up digging from your eyes.

Politics, Politics, and More Politics

Posted by mudac on May 9, 2008

It seems like everywhere I go these days I am hearing about politics. You listen to them go on for about 15 minutes telling you why they like “so and so” when you finally decide to stop them and tell them that the candidate they are talking about was out of the race 3 months ago. I don’t know about you, but that is embarassing. These must be the smart ones that go out and vote for Obama. Now I know most of you guys either really like the guy or absolutely cannot stand the guy, so I will be as clear as possible– it isn’t that I don’t like the guy, he seems soviet and naive though. I rather have McCain who can at least manage foreign affairs than Obama who can “hold a meeting”. Another thing I really don’t like about Obama is his supporters, they are the biggest jerks on planet Earth. They threaten Clinton supporters, call them racist, and disrupt polling boothes.

I heard today in an article I was reading that a bunch of State Representatives

supporting Hillary had written a letter to other Automaticdelegates telling them why Hillary

should be the nominee. I love Hillary Clinton, but I just don’t see anything that the people can

do to stop Obama. Only Obama can hurt himself, and that is the self destruction he will

encounter when Larry Sinclair and Donald Young have more information out about them. Superdelegates

are moving too quickly over to Obama’s side, yet it is clear that he is the weaker candidate and a flawed one

at that. Hell, I could run a successful campaign if I was kicking in as much cash as him. People are

drones, and you will learn that in the general when every Clinton supporter goes to McCain because

Obama is too liberal.
